I have been coming to this Tim’s for 27 years... in the last year the quality of service has rapidly declined. Unsure why. The owner owns 3 stores and he is shifting staff around, and I think cutting back on staff. There is always a lineup no matter when you enter. And the new female manager has a tendency to bellow at staff across the store making an unpleasant atmosphere.
