We had a large group last night of 9. I have eaten at the turtle jacks in Burlington and Waterdown several times this is the first time trying the upper james location. I found it was too dark in the restaurant. The lighting was quite dim. I had to use my light on my phone to read the dessert menu and there was a nasty draft from the main entrance.
