Wendy's in Hamilton

“My brother and I stopped for lunch. This was our first time being inside the restaurant. I ordered 2 junior burgers, and my brother ordered 2 double cheese & bacon burgers. The food was very good.

We sat down at the booth. We noticed that the tables, chairs, booths and the floor were clean.

They do their best to keep the washrooms clean. They have Wheelchair Accessible Entrances.

They have free parking with Wheelchair Accessible Parking Lots and Entrances. They do have drive-through.
The young lady who served us did a good job.“

“Food was good except the attitude of the pregnant lady on the cash. I asked a bigger take out paper bag to put my take out order and leftover of my kids but she's giving me a face attitude. I wonder because she's pregnant,but she was very nice to some other customers or maybe she's kind of racist just saying.“

“Im disappointed by the service..The nuggets and chicken tastes bad with the old oil that is being used.I am a regular customer to wendys in other locations so i know how good they serve.Management please try to change your oil on the required days !!The taste is terrible.“

“Restaurant eating area was mostly clean.Absolutely no patrons at the time we arrived but there was still empty food containers and wrappers on several tables. The gentleman serving me on the cash was very polite and was very patient. We got exactly what we ordered which was great, it was made hot and fresh which I also was very happy with.Now the size of a fry and the price was a real shocker. It cost over $54 for four burger combos. I guess that’s just the way it is now.“

“I had visited this location recently and had such an incredible experience. A young man i believe his name was Nolan took care of me and was so pleasant. It’s hard to find good customer service especially within fast food so it was an amazing experience based off the young handsome gentleman. Food was also 10/10.“

“Make sure you check your order before you leave the premises. I would have given this location 3 stars because they mess up my order 90% of the time. They are good at making it right when informed but it is still inconvenient, especially when you leave.

However, the 5 stars is for the manager. I wish I got his name. While I was at the drive thru, some insane person blocked my vehicle at the end of the drive thru and started verbally assaulting me for no reason. The manager who was taking my order went out of his way to intervene and defend me. That person finally left when the manager threatened to call the police. The manager profusely apologized to me, offering to comp my meal and insisted on doing so when I did not allow him to because that interaction was not his fault at all.

He even looked at the cameras to reassure me that he did not see him/the vehicle, and offered to step out to ensure my safety as I was leaving. He further reassured me that if something was to occur then to call the location and he would gladly provide footage to the police.

This manager was so incredibly caring, kind, and just a solid example of a genuinely good human being - thank you.“
