“The Pizza Hut website was sending me in an ordering loop to redeem my points for a free medium pizza. It was giving mixed messages as to whether I had placed an order, multiple orders, or not at all. When I arrived at the Hanover Pizza Hut, I found out that my order had not been placed. I explained my situation to the employee, noting that I did not know if my points had been redeemed or not, due to the website glitch. Hardik showed great customer service in listening to my issue, empathizing with my frustrating online experience, and then offering me a free, two topping, medium pizza. He made the pizza immediately. I waited in my car, while it was in the oven. In no time at all, Hardik was at the store entry bringing the pizza out to me in the parking lot. This employee did a great job at customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure that I left Pizza Hut this evening having a positive experience: turning frustration into a smile. This was truly appreciated. Thanks Hardik!“

“Haven't been to this location for about 5yrs.
It has really changed, not for the better.
First the seating was OK but set beside a freezing cold window.
Secondly the quality of the food has really gone down.
The servers did a good job putting 4 subs together. It's not there fault but serving meat that is disgusting, cucumbers that are brown, and the chirros that couldn't even be bit into was a total waste of 71 dollars.
Won't be back. Sorry to see this place dimish so much.“

“Staff were super helpful and patient as I figured out what we needed. The food was so fresh and crispy. The chicken tenders are my absolute favourite normally but today the bone in chicken stole the show! The flavour and uniformed breading was top tier. We will definitely be back next time we come through Hanover. Y’all just made a life long customer.“

“We got a Birthday cake from this location, although they spelt Birtday (birthday) wrong, we had a laugh and it was still delicious. Might just want to make sure to double check their spelling“

“Food was typical subway eats... however service could be alot nicer. Not friendly, no smile, no have a nice day, I've always found when working in customer service to be friendly and to make a customer feel welcome not like I'm bothering you by eating at your business!“
