“Even after an altercation between curry chicken and half an order of chicken balls, I strongly believe Thames Garden should be successful! The food is great.It's better than the other two similar food style locations in Ingersoll.Thames Garden food is superior.. BUT, they are lacking and I blame that on the pandemic. The pandemic has unfortunately hurt these guys.That being said a strong overhaul and I completely believe Thames Garden would rise above the rest! I did have an issue with today's order but I was met with respect, kindness and understanding.Changes should be made, including to the restaurant itself. The way it set up could turn off people, it needs to be more welcoming.I am a long time resident and supporter of Thames Garden.. above all the food is delicious! They could use a helping hand in other areas, I strongly believe they could be extremely successful“
