September 9 2024 at 3 a m Alcona Innisfil. Lately every time I go to Tim Hortons Alcona Innisfil my order is never correct . Person working the Drive thru was very rude and couldn't understand simple English., I'm getting some of the incompetent employees. Work rn Canada then learn English. signed ' A Concerned Customer.
We orders a vanilla ice coffee with espresso cold foam and we got home we realized there was no cold foam or vanilla so we ended up paying extra for a plan ice coffee.
Probably one of the worst Tim Hortons I've been to. Terribly managed, staff treat each other horribly, and gossip about their own co workers in front of clients, this includes supervisors. Absolutely zero professionalism. All parents....if you're looking at employment options for your teenager/young adult .... Steer clear.
