“Im glad I decided to try this gem of a shop. Very small space but a great experience. They have cute names for sandwiches so I dint recall what they were but I got the one with pastrami and my fiance got the Italian type. The bread here is very special and these sandwiches are huge . No sandwich seemed to be over 15 dollars which I thoight was pretty fair for quality and quantity. I like my deli meat sliced very thin both sandwiches had just that. Melt in your mouth with great flavor. We also got the potatoes bacon soup which I did not care for . It was somewhat clumsy and lacked flavor in my opinion. We also did not receive alot of chips with our lunch . They seemed homeade and we're delicious so we savored them but I think we each got around 7 chips, there were also some sliced pickle on the side which were very yum. The desserts were chefs kiss. We got the raspberry and pecan shortbread and my god it was amazing. We really enjoyed our lunch here even with a couple issues I would go back. I do recommend you check your receipt as I ordered a half a sandwich and was charged for a whole. People make mistakes and no one is perfect but these sandwiches were amazing.”

“Jrecks ogdensburg charges 1 to 2 dollars more per sub than one an hour away. Plus, they don't ask if you want lettuce tomatoes so you have to expressly tell them you want basic items that are supposed to be on it or they leave them off.”

“The service from the server was average. the appearance of the outside of the building was not updated, old and not maintain, The image on this site is dated 2019, I visited this place August 2022, the inside was ok. The food was terrible, the shrimp and fish was half cooked and had a really high unpleasant fresh smell. They were flies and some of the staff was only coughing. They refuse to provide a receipt. Most disappointing dinner. I find it very difficult to believe the reviews posted.”

“Absolutely the most amazing bakery!! The food is excellent. The prices are reasonable and the selection of pastries, cakes and treats are great . Sugar Rush also does an incredible job making made to order cakes I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cake for any occasion.”

“A HUGE shout out to Nicks Restaurant here in town!!! They completely made our daughter’s birthday, and our whole day as parents. After a long day out of town we were excited to come back but still wanted to take our girl out for her birthday dinner, so we decided to choose local and Nicks is always a hit. Tonight though, they truly knocked it out of the park. Pure care and genuine, kind hearted owners/family. Our girl loves pizza and we had asked if they could do the number 2 on top to make it a bit more special, and of course they agreed without hesitation. The cook was ready to take on the order, and achieved with great success as you can see. The waitresses were so kind, they even lit two candles and came out to sing to her; we joined in and it was such a wholesome moment and reminded me that there is still so much good in our world, especially our small community 🤍 Thank you to Nicks restaurant and the amazing staff for going above and beyond.”

“They recently started doing fish fry on Fridays. We had it last Friday and it was amazing! Mac & cheese was homemade as well as the coleslaw! Rolls were homemade from Tru North! Portions allowed for leftovers!”

“I haven’t eaten at Vinns in years until tonight. We ordered a couple dozen wings to try and they were amazing. 12 wings for $9.99 is probably the best deal in town. They were busy and still had them ready in 15 minutes! 5 stars all the way.”

“It very sad the last few times going to Ogdensburg seeing dixie lee closed. The new ppl there where great the food was great. W e would drive 45mins to the burg to buy chicken an fish. I pray that they reopen under the same ppl that ran it the place hasn't been this good in years.”
