“I've tried Gong Cha in other places, but this one was a bit slow. I called ahead to order my drink and when I came to pick it up, the guy completely forgot to punch in my order. Came by on a Saturday night and there was only one worker and very few people inside, but it took quite a long time to get my order. Besides he slow service, the drinks were good.“

“Relatively good bubble tea. Both faster and cheaper than Starbucks. The employees were friendly and relatively quick at preparing my order. My recommendation would be the mango passion fruit slush with added bubbles or the brown sugar jasmine milk tea. It’s important to note that by default, their milk teas use dairy free milk and it will cost extra if you would like fresh milk.“

“Shares a spot with the rice dog place so nice to get the two together. It’s also nice to have bubble tea close to campus. It’s gone downhill since first opening though and inconsistent in quality. A previous time I went I had chocolate milk tea which I’m not sure if they didn’t clean the mixer properly or something or not mixing enough but there were grounds of something in it. This time with the strawberry milk tea it was fine and delicious. I wish they also had an easier to read menu as the font is tiny.

Also avoid the bathroom at all costs. It’s been an issue for at least a year but it smells like someone had explosive diarrhea and has started to smell in the main area now. I hope management fixes it soon along with the place being understaffed.

Vegetarian options: It’s bubble tea so there’s no meat on the menu. Although I’m not sure if the bubbles are made of animal gelatine.

Parking: Depending on the time of day, college square is either easy or difficult to find parking in“
