The drink was ok. The pearls in the drink definitely noticed a difference, they seem a little better at other places I go to, but the drink was fine.
My friend swears the service is good so I'll add that as a plus here. Seemed ok to me. One server looking after three of us. The rest of the place was empty. So he had time and no pressure to do well.
There was a lot of clutter in the seating area both at the front and back of the location. The seating wasn't very comfy.

Consistently the best bubble tea spot in the region. Generous proportions, great selection, and avoids a lot of the funny-stuff in the ingredients that otherwise keeps my friends with food sensitivities away from the bigger chains

Only reason I rated it 4 stars is due to the lack of tidyness in the store. There are always boxes on tables and has the look like they are moving in or closing shop. Otherwise, great local place!
