So far I have yet to be disappointed by PrestoTea. I don't even like bubble tea that much, I just go because of my girlfriend but I have to say that this is by far better than ChaTime and Coco. I lived in Toronto and bbt is everywhere and easy to get. This isn't that bad and will be my go to spot for it. I love bubble tea so of course this place is become my favorite place to visit with the whole family. We love all the favours we had been tried so far. Good service and really friendly nice staff. If you like bubble tea, you have to visit this place.

I've never been to a lot of bubble tea stores, but this is one of the best in Kanata/Ottawa. The tapioca pearls are so fresh and chewy.
