Wallah An-Nur Bakery has the BEST pies ever 😭🔥 The cheese pies the meat pies all of them are too good! Every time I go there they never disappoint. And shoutout to Ali because wallah that guy is the real deal ❤ You ask him for extra lemon and he makes sure you get it. Whatever you ask for he does his best to make sure the customer is happy. You can tell he genuinely cares about people and wants everyone to leave satisfied. Wallah I’m not even lying or exaggerating this is the truth 😂 The food is amazing and the customer service is top tier. Ali deserves his flowers for real. “Well, nothing can be said against the food. This is probably Gatineau's best tasting shawarma. The hummus, tahini and garlic are damn-near perfect. The chicken and beef are also top notch and perfectly cooked. Absolutely delicious.

HOWEVER, this is NOT the place to satiate a moderate to big appetite. The portions are stingy. The large pita sandwich should be the small, and actually, compared to the better Ottawa shawarma destinations, LaZone's large pita is definitely a small and this is not an exaggeration in the slightest.
