today went through drive through at 11:55. I was told it was not ready. Went through drive threw to see how long the wait was going to be. I was told 1.5 hours? He suggested I try another Tim's! Nice.
Standards have dropped immensely; I have noticed this over the past few months. Today was particularly upsetting and it spurred me to write this review. When I bought my coffee an was looking for somewhere to sit, I had to request the staff to clean a table; all the free tables were dirty from previous customers and had been that way for a while.
