“This place was the closest to the Kemptville hospital. I went there twice to get some food and drinks because we had to spend 10 hours in the ER. The workers were very nice and friendly and food was fresh. It also wasn’t busy, which was great!

The manager went above and beyond in helping me with an issue I had experienced with the Tim Hortons app. I was at a Tim Hortons more than 60 kilometers away and hadn't realized I had ordered food from this Tim Hortons because the app had selected the last Tim Hortons I had ordered from as the location for that order. The manager was extremely helpful in rectifying the situation.“
