“I hosted my husband’s 40th birthday here with about 45 guests, and overall we had a really great experience.
First, the food was excellent. Even though it was served buffet-style, everything was warm, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You can tell care was put into how the dishes looked and tasted, and all of my guests genuinely enjoyed it. The service was also good, staff were attentive and everything flowed smoothly throughout the night. We even had space for a dance floor and a DJ, which made the celebration really special (although I’d say 45 people is probably the max capacity, it did feel a bit tight).
I do want to share one area for improvement. The tea and coffee service was a bit disappointing. We were charged $250, which I was told later, possibly a miscommunication. It felt a bit unexpected, especially since tea and coffee are often included or minimal cost at events. While I understand it may have been due to the presentation in nicer cups, the bigger issue was that the tea wasn’t kept hot, which took away from the experience.
That said, they did go above and beyond by providing complimentary soft drinks beyond what we had agreed on, which we appreciated.
Overall, great food, good service, and a memorable night. With a bit of improvement on keeping hot beverages properly heated and clearer communication on pricing, this place would easily be a 5-star experience.“

Polina was so warm, professional, and genuinely lovely to work with, which made the whole experience feel effortless. The food was absolutely delicious and you could tell so much care went into every detail. The presentation was beautiful and really elevated the entire lunch. I opted to pick up and food was ready and staff were helpful with loading boxes into my car. Everything was packaged with care and most importantly the food was so fresh and delicious! “Used Sweetwater for the very first time last week for our rehearsal dinner function. I had been to 2 functions catered by Sweetwater recently. We were quite a distance away (in Oakville) and they had no issues/problem in catering our event. The food at our function was absolutely incredible. They planned the entire menu, sending along for approval/changes/suggestions.There were attendees with food allergies and issues and Sweetwater accommodated everyone perfectly. Our guests raved about not only the food but the presentation and the service. We hired 2 servers and they were a godsend.I would not hesitate in recommending this amazing company.We fully intend on using them again.“

was fabulous to work with. She answered all of my questions with patience and created a menu tailored to my needs. The food was delicious and plentiful! “Amazing food and great service! We had the veal parm for dinner with the mushroom ravioli and both were incredible and full of flavour. Best pasta around!! I’ve also tried the butter chicken ravioli (it’s like Buffalo chicken) and it’s incredible. We made it with a blue cheese cream sauce and WOW. The lamb spaducci is unmatched. The roasted red pepper cannelloni is hands down the best cannelloni I’ve ever had. The sacketti’s are delicious too. I can’t say enough good things about this food. I’ll be back to stock up as soon as I can“

“I had Amutham last night for the first time and everything was amazing. The owners are so kind and generous and the food was delicious. We had the biryani, rolls, kothu roti, beef curry, chili chicken, tandoori chicken and tried a Sri Lankan juice too. The spice was perfect, the flavours were amazing and the service was excellent.

Grest staff.. who take you order, serve you coffee, pastries and cooked food from hot table are friendly, helpful and just easy to talk to!
Ok the real reason to come ...the pastries
Cannoli - crispy and slightly sweet pastry shell just snaps as it should which surrounds a delicious, light and airey filling of ricotta or marscapone. Get the large size and don't waste time with the small one.(Lol).
Zeppole - a generous creamy bit of heaven (not too sweet or heavy) sandwiched between a curly shaped donnuty bread.
Sfogliatella - oh my.. a tad too crispy for me but it's fantastic. Crust is crisp which keeps the sweet creamy filling waiting for you to bite into it.
Veal sandwich.. Generous and tasty toppings, like the onions, garnish the fresh bun, flavourful and tender veal.. probably best around...!
Eggplant Parmigiana..looks like lasagna but don't be fooled. Again a generous portion of layered pasta and eggplant in properly balanced tomato sauce (some places it is too salty).
I can't wait to try their lasagna!

“When I cooked the first chicken breast I ordered from Baretta, I could tell the difference immediately when I picked up the breast from out of the pan - it was tender - and I could feel that. The taste was incredible. Same is true for their ground chicken - my chicken burgers have NEVER been as tender and tasty. What a difference.“
