The only chain that never gives a receipt, either they are cheating on taxes or avoiding getting direct reviews. The service is the worst two people in line 30 minutes to get served. Coffee is a joke worst coffee that exists.Seriously! I tried doing the on line contact with your guest services. Waste of time trying to navigate what form to fill out or even find a form.
Ordered a Roasted Hazelnut Coldbrew with extra foam and a pump of caramel but she gave me just a regular iced coffee with a pump of chocolate and charged me 6$ for thatReally disappointed from this type of service and seemed as if the employee didn’t care at all and wasn’t making an effort to solve the issue.
