My b/f and I only order from here. I have never liked the guy who answers the phone because he is one of the most rude individuals in customer service but we love their food so thought I could deal with that but tonight they lost our business. We placed an order for our usual and when it got here, we were missing some of our "cold" order. I have not eaten here in many years, decided it would make a nice valentine dinner. we were not disappointed. it was not only great tasting there was so much food. the vegetables we fresh cut up large and huge pieces of meat. so impressed especially now a days when portions have gotten small and cost more. highly recommend
