“This is a great location where the staff is friendly and the ingredients are fresh! They even have gluten-free buns available and will scoop out the centre to offer up more toppings and less bread. Buns need to be double toasted to be tolerable. Nice atmosphere to sit and look outside and it is rarely busy. Overall, a nice place to stop for a quick bite. They offer cookies, drinks, and desserts too!“

“Excellent staff and excellent prep of food. My low rating for atmosphere is the cloud of cigarette smoke I have to walk through to get into the restaurant. At one point, I came out and had two people leaning against my car out for a smoke from the bar upstairs. Before anyone says I'm being judgemental about smokers- I'm a smoker, but a considerate one.“

While her coworker was moving at a snail pace to make the wraps, she was fast and friendly; catching and fixing mistakes her coworker was making. All this, despite the obvious frustration on her face given the situation. I hope management conveys my thanks as well as all those she helped feed in a timely manner.“

My friends told me about it and I’m glad they did. Clean, comfortable, with great menu and kind staff. A must try and after you do I guarantee you will want to go again.

Parking: It’s on Gardiners Road so there is ample free parking.

Kid-friendliness: We had a toddler with us and she had a wonderful time.

“I had a Great experience, every time i go they get everything right, I'd like to mention the employee who was taking my order late at night, he was communicating, asking how i was, just talked about our days, I'm visually impaired and asked what certain things were, he explained what they were without hesitation. Very lovely service. A couple years ago, when i used to go to high school, sometimes the employees looked annoyed, but now it's a big turn around. Love it“

“The buns are always soft and fresh and the windows provide a view of downtown Kingston.

They have Wifi here and the washrooms aren't locked. The restaurant has stairs so it would be difficult to access if you have a mobility issue.

There are no Caucasian people working here.“
