“We went in for a quick coffee and we're pleasantly welcomed. We were offered a free passion tea drink to take home to a loved one for Thanksgiving. How kind of this staff! They even said they would be bringing some drinks down to some charity. Wonderful staff! What a pleasant experience.“

“Shoutout to the amazing staff at the Highway 15 location. Ethan served my ice water and a delicious Bacon Gouda sandwich. He asked me if I wanted ketchup and I didn’t. I’m in the parking lot writing this review because every Starbucks should be like the one close to me. Thanks :)

Parking: It’s a large Rio Can like parking lot. Lots of room.

Kid-friendliness: My kids do arts and crafts there all the time.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not required. The door is on flat ground and there are small ramps of concrete but no barriers.“

“I come here frequently and I have only good things to say about them! I am always greeted with a big smile and kindness! It's always very clean in the building as well as the patio area. I am always surprised with how warm and welcoming the staff are. Its an excellent location!“

“I ordered two drinks today and they were both great! I was kinda in my own world when I picked them up but someone wrote my name super cute on the cup. It made me smile! Sometimes it really is the small things! The team there is great and the atmosphere is also amazing!“

“An excellent Starbucks in Kingston, conveniently located near the DriveTest center. The place is clean and, though crowded, it has a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is happy and welcoming, and orders are taken and delivered quickly. There’s plenty of parking available, although the drive-thru is always busy. Highly recommended!“

“Not a complaint just thought this was funny. I was given with my herb n garlic cream cheese bagel a pack of ketchup, sriracha and a fork. Buttering my bagel was interesting this morning, first time with a fork ? otherwise love this Starbucks, get lots of my work lunches from here! Lovely people as well :)“

“This is the most consistent amazing customer service I have ever experienced. All of the staff are friendly, especially Ashley. She always remembers my name and asks about my day or follows up on things I have told her last time. The rare times I have had mistakes in my order, the staff goes above and beyond to fix it. Amazing people!“

“I found it to be a peasant experience. It was not busy at the time I was there. It is a convenient spot in the store, near the front but not intrusive. This makes it possible to get a beverage before or after shopping if you please or not at all. There is no pressure from the workers to buy anything which is nice. It was the first time I had that particular drink dragons breath I believe it is called. Dragon something, my memory is not at all like it used to be. It was very tasty I really enjoyed it. Over all it was a very pleasant experience, and I'm sure I will go back to this particular location many times. While shopping there in the store or when I visit my friend across the street and we want a good tasting beverage. I will tell my friends and family what I think of this location. Its a great Starbucks location to visit any time.“
