“We went in for a quick coffee and we're pleasantly welcomed. We were offered a free passion tea drink to take home to a loved one for Thanksgiving. How kind of this staff! They even said they would be bringing some drinks down to some charity. Wonderful staff! What a pleasant experience.“

“I had a fantastic experience at Starbucks today, thanks to Erica! From the moment I walked in, staff greeted me with a warm smile and were incredibly helpful in taking my order. Staff were patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted.

Not only was my drink perfectly made, but Erica also went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. It's always a pleasure to be served by someone who genuinely enjoys their job and cares about customers.

“This Starbucks is amazing! I love how casual the workers are and that they can still have fun and talk to each other while on the job. It feels light and relaxed that way, as they are still attentive to customers, but they can still converse with each other as if they’re good friends. “Was there this morning. Staff at Starbucks rarely disappoints and my visit was no exception. Everyone was friendly and cheerful, really efficient too. It’s nice to get a breakfast sandwich that’s different from your typical English muffin type from time to time.“

“I ordered two drinks today and they were both great! I was kinda in my own world when I picked them up but someone wrote my name super cute on the cup. It made me smile! Sometimes it really is the small things! The team there is great and the atmosphere is also amazing!“

“Came in on a cold, rainy day and ordered a double cortado — wanted something strong and good to warm me up. There was a long line, both drive-thru and inside, but that didn’t bother me. This place usually moves fast.

Except this time, everyone around me was getting served… except me. I kept waiting and waiting until finally I went up and asked, “Where’s my cortado?” They told me they didn’t even have it on file. How is that possible? Then suddenly: “Oh, we’re just getting it now.”

So basically, my order only started after everyone else was already served. By then, I was running late — I had to be somewhere at 4 p.m. I ended up being late because I kept waiting for this coffee they messed up. Being late wasn’t even the worst part. I literally had no time, so when they finally handed me the cup, I just grabbed it and walked out.

And let me tell you… whatever that was, it was not a cortado. It tasted like burnt coffee — the worst coffee I’ve ever had. For over $10, plus tip, plus tax? Extremely disappointing. The staff were polite, but the attitude was basically “whatever.”

Really, really disappointed. I expected better.“

“Not a complaint just thought this was funny. I was given with my herb n garlic cream cheese bagel a pack of ketchup, sriracha and a fork. Buttering my bagel was interesting this morning, first time with a fork ? otherwise love this Starbucks, get lots of my work lunches from here! Lovely people as well :)“

“After seeing the low ratings for this place I thought I should post after just having a positive experience there. Went. Got served immediately. Ordered Grande Flat White. Served promptly. Tasted the usual great. No complaints. Staff were friendly.“

“I enjoy coming to this Starbucks during the off season when students have left campus (no offense) and the lines are minimal. Mitchell Hall staff are lucky to have this right outside our offices! The staff are wonderful and know me by name often memorizing my order. Thank you for tending to my caffeine and treat cravings!“
