I waited 15 min and watched several people (approx10-15) get there cold brews before I got mine even though I had ordered way before them. After everyone was served and no more ppl waiting I asked for a refund of my order. I got an "I think there was an issue but I can refund it for you."
No attempt to even make the cold brew or to find out what was going on with it.

Starbucks is a convenient and welcoming spot, located near a bookstore and Marshalls in the mall. The lavender matcha is a delicious option, and the service is often friendly and positive. The cafe offers seating inside and outside, making it a comfortable spot to relax with a stroller or wheelchair, as there is a lot of space to move around. The staff, like Erin, Brooklyn, and Abby, are very kind, calm, and professional, always keeping customers informed. They are very friendly to kids, making it a great place to bring your family. The Cool Lime Refresher is a tasty choice, and the baristas provide amazing service. Parking is easy near one of the doors at the intersection of Taylor Kidd Blvd and Gardiners.
