“I went in with a group of people early in the morning. There were only a few staff working, and I was expecting a little bit of a wait. The staff were super friendly, quickly took and prepared our orders, and had us out of there in minutes. The food was fresh and well prepared. It is hard to find a Tim Hortons with staff that is this friendly and provides such a fantastic experience. Thank you for the excellent service!“

“Had a girl be very rude. Droped a toonie on the ground so I open my door and got it and went to put it on the counter and it hit and rolled off I said sorry she the took payment and gave us our drinks and side next time don't throw the money at me you would not like it if I throw the coffee at you very rude“

“I’ve always enjoyed visiting Tim Hortons for a quick coffee and snack. The service is usually fast, and it’s a great spot to start the day or take a short break.

On my recent visit, I was especially impressed by Sandeep, one of the staff members. She was very kind, attentive, and professional while taking my order. Even though the store was quite busy, she served everyone with a smile and made the experience pleasant. Sandeep truly went above and beyond, and her positive attitude brightened my day. “I don’t usually do this but TH you need to follow that store at SJA Kingston. I go there every morning from now on … I had given up on TH, staff is usually terrible, language barrier, males working that don’t care about hygiene… but this store brings me back years… all mothers and older ladies working making you feel welcome and smiling all the time . This is what TH was all about in the past… being served by your mother/grandmother. I applaud the manager at that store for hiring properly. If you want an old service of the past visit TH at Sir John A. Nice to be back in the past“

“Yesterday morning, I met a wonderful girl named Adisha at this Tim Hortons. It was a busy time, but she took my order quickly and even helped me choose a sandwich I would like. She brought all the coffees and food to my table with napkins, and we had a short but pleasant conversation.

Despite the rush, I was really impressed by her positive attitude and the way she treated customers. At one point, I noticed her giving a gift box to a kid at the next table who had won some competition. That small gesture truly stood out.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt this experience deserved one. Before leaving, I told her I would definitely return to this Tim Hortons when I come back to the city.

“Friendly staff, never an issue, come here couple times a week and never had a mistake on an order. The worst I've experienced was maybe a bagel or donut I want that ran out, but it's usually well stocked too. The Staff is the real winner here too, they treat you like a friend and remember the regulars.“

“I was into the store yesterday to get myself and grandchildren a treat , my granddaughter had a toy that needed the plastic taken off and I couldn’t do it so one of the love ladies brought scissors over and cut it for her she was so happy. Then my grandson couldn’t decide which donut he wanted and I was trying to hurry him alone because they were busy but the lady serving me was so kind and let him take his time !! “Nice that this location is open 24 hrs to serve us Hospital Staffs that work the overnight shifts. Coffee is always served nice and hot and food is freshly baked daily. The staffs there are nice and great to talk to, especially when I'm working the overnights. Thanks for being awesome and keep up the great work.“

“Kimberly from 29 Niagra Park drive, Kingston Ontario, provided some complimentary coffee and donuts for one of our major events on Base “the amazing race”. We requested donuts and coffee last minute amd she was able to scramble and meet our last minute request and met us with everything we asked for plus more. Her positive attitude and willingness to help was essential to the high morale for the event staff.“

“This location is fantastic! It has been a family staple in the mornings for most of my life; visiting with grandparents, after events, before travel, and so on. Always clean and with good food. “Whenever Pamela is on cash, I look forward to it. A kind interaction at any point during someone’s day is appreciated but especially first thing in the morning. Pamela always greets customers with a good morning which is not common anymore, no matter where you go. I know that they can be really busy but Pamela never makes me feel like an inconvenience or I’m taking too long even when I’m not exactly sure what I want by the time I get to cash. To hear “have a great day dear” means so much to so many people, including myself. She always gets the order right because she actually listens. Majority of the Tim Hortons I go to in Kingston don’t stir my tea even if I request it before the drink is made but she makes a point of doing it so I don’t have a bland tea on top with a hard chunk of sugar in the bottom. It may not seem like much to most but it makes me have a little pep in my step for my day. Thank you for all that you do Pamela. I appreciate your time, consideration and bright attitude!

Parking: Lots of large parking spaces that don’t make it difficult to get in and out of your car even if someone else doesn’t park in between their own lines.“

“I normally have great service, but I seam to have bad service at the Montreal street store between 8 pm and 10 pm , I stop every night on way to work and the one guy that is working always seams to be not very nice , he act like he hates his job , he needs to be trained on how to talk and treat customers, sorry I don’t normally do these Surveys but this guy just upsets me every night.“

“Very pleasant and outgoing staff! The restaurant was very clean and we felt safer at this location than we have at others in the city. Restrooms ere spotless and we witnessed staff members cleaning their hands and changing gloves after handling money which is a hygienic thing thst is often overlooked.“

“Visiting this Tim Hortons store Drive-Thru was an absolute pleasure. I could easily understand every word spoken through the speaker, only had to state my order one time, and the attendant at the window as well as the staff I could witness working behind her in-store were all very pleasant. The window attendant very amiably and quickly provided my order, thanked me, and wished me a very good day, all with a smile!!! Furthermore, the order was accurate, the hash brown was cooked to perfect crispness, and the breakfast wrap was perfectly put together... the ingredients were evenly distributed throughout the perfectly folded wrap as was the sauce, rather than just a big blop of sauce at one end.
It has been perhaps a decade since I have had such a good experience like this in the GTA and surrounding areas at any other Tim Hortons store.“
