“We pop in to this Tim's because it is so close and convenient. It's right on highway 15 before the 401 in Kingston and it's always busy. The emplyees are always friendly and the service is great. I do worry about it being attached to a gas station/convenience store because people, especially in the morning, go roaring through the pumps to the drive through without looking to see if someone is going to their car. I wish there was a more definite entrance, rather than cutting through the pumps. So if you stop there for your favorite beverage, keep your eyes open for fools rushing for their caffeine fix.“

“Friendly staff, never an issue, come here couple times a week and never had a mistake on an order. The worst I've experienced was maybe a bagel or donut I want that ran out, but it's usually well stocked too. The Staff is the real winner here too, they treat you like a friend and remember the regulars.“

“Visited here on a road trip with my family. We stopped here for a washroom break and snacks. The washrooms where clean and well kept. We stop here mid day and I must say they had a great selection of donuts and Timbits. The staff was very friendly and great with my young children.“

“Nice that this location is open 24 hrs to serve us Hospital Staffs that work the overnight shifts. Coffee is always served nice and hot and food is freshly baked daily. The staffs there are nice and great to talk to, especially when I'm working the overnights. Thanks for being awesome and keep up the great work.“

“Over all a good time Hortons not to much to complain about other then they can be very slow at night compared to other places took us 5 minutes to get two coffees and two donuts and we were the only ones there yes only I think 3 were working but still seems a long time for such a simple order. Who knows maybe something happened but the other times iv come here in the day its 70% the other precent it’s burnt coffee i have yet to have a Oder that was wrong or a donut that was gross lol .

Parking: I want to point out the it’s open 24 hours but that’s only the driver through it should be updated for people it causes some confusion .“

“Great location in Portsmouth Village, blends in well with, 'village' atmosphere inside.

Parking: Issues caused by combination of small parking lot and unusual short lane for vehicle take-out mainly related to poor drivers' judgement. Keep it cozy.“

“Great service, advice and super friendly. I like my ice coffee made with milk and no sweetener as I carry my own sweetener. Why don’t you offer the customer a choice of cream or milk and artificial sweetener instead of liquid cane sugar, much healthier version.“

“HUGE props to Penelope! I had actually picked up a coffee at the Tim Hortons location on John Counter drive thru...I had driven off and when I eventually tasted my coffee it was burnt. At this point, I was close to the Niagara Park location so I swooped in and decided to go in to this location to grab some cheese twists and use the restroom.While ordering the twists I explained the situation and asked if they could make me a new coffee. Without hesitation, Penelope said it was no problem at all and got me a new coffee with my order. I offered to grab the coffee from my car and bring it in to dump and she said that wouldn't be necessary. Thank you for the kind gesture even though it wasn't on you to make it right! I'll be stopping by this location to work from now on! ??PS - Just a suggestion, the ladies washroom could use a hook on the door for jackets/purses. Would be super convenient!“

“Had a fantastic experience today with a mobile order as well as a cash register order in the same visit. Brittany was a great server at the till, and all the other staff were also helpful and working like a well-oiled machine. Everyone was conmunicating with one another and seemingly supportive of each other. It was moce.to see the team working well. My mobile order was not fully available, but they rectified it quickly and replaced one item! They were gelpful and even offered to make the item they didn't currently have. I was satisfied with the outcome and service. Thank you for the mobile order to the staff. Thank you for your help with my order at the till, Brittany. Your assistance and ensuring the order was fulfilled was great service.

“Whenever Pamela is on cash, I look forward to it. A kind interaction at any point during someone’s day is appreciated but especially first thing in the morning. Pamela always greets customers with a good morning which is not common anymore, no matter where you go. I know that they can be really busy but Pamela never makes me feel like an inconvenience or I’m taking too long even when I’m not exactly sure what I want by the time I get to cash. To hear “have a great day dear” means so much to so many people, including myself. She always gets the order right because she actually listens. Majority of the Tim Hortons I go to in Kingston don’t stir my tea even if I request it before the drink is made but she makes a point of doing it so I don’t have a bland tea on top with a hard chunk of sugar in the bottom. It may not seem like much to most but it makes me have a little pep in my step for my day. Thank you for all that you do Pamela. I appreciate your time, consideration and bright attitude!

Parking: Lots of large parking spaces that don’t make it difficult to get in and out of your car even if someone else doesn’t park in between their own lines.“

“Service has definitely improved here since the winter months friendly and clean .they just need to learn how to make the coffee properly had to go back in twice coffee tasted like hot cream water but they got it right the third time I just asked for two cream and sugar on the side wondering if they reuse the coffee grounds or something cause come on exchange my coffee three times once cause it tasted like water twice because I asked for DD and tasted more like two cream 4 sugar it's not that hard to perk coffee people get it right .quit reusing your coffee grounds“

“I ordered breakfast before doing my shopping at the mall, and they took a little to make my Iced Capp than expected, so they gave me a free cookie and upsized my iced Capp for free! It was even one of their new fancy cookies:) Made my day. Thank u“

“It's the weekday morning rush and there are two staff behind the counter. The line is 10 people long. There's the till, the walk-up window, and mobile pickup, all manned by two staff. Treat your staff better and add more shifters.“

“Tim Hortons is a great place for food it is so cheap that even a homeless person can go there.
The food is incredible and they have very nice workers. Almost every time I order they give me extra donuts for free.

Parking: On princess woodbine and bayridge intersection.

Kid-friendliness: The workers are very kid friendly, so bring your kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is going to be hard but the inside you can move somewhat freely but I would recommend more space inside.“

“Awesome service, and good food. Despite being the busiest Timhortons location around town, they deliver unwavering good service, and food. Their hours are reasonable as well, if it is stated they open and close at x-hour they honor it on the dot. Maybe, every other Timhortons can take a lesson from this location.“
