“I went in with a group of people early in the morning. There were only a few staff working, and I was expecting a little bit of a wait. The staff were super friendly, quickly took and prepared our orders, and had us out of there in minutes. The food was fresh and well prepared. It is hard to find a Tim Hortons with staff that is this friendly and provides such a fantastic experience. Thank you for the excellent service!“

“I’ve always enjoyed visiting Tim Hortons for a quick coffee and snack. The service is usually fast, and it’s a great spot to start the day or take a short break.

On my recent visit, I was especially impressed by Sandeep, one of the staff members. She was very kind, attentive, and professional while taking my order. Droped a toonie on the ground so I open my door and got it and went to put it on the counter and it hit and rolled off I said sorry she the took payment and gave us our drinks and side next time don't throw the money at me you would not like it if I throw the coffee at you very rude“

“I was into the store yesterday to get myself and grandchildren a treat , my granddaughter had a toy that needed the plastic taken off and I couldn’t do it so one of the love ladies brought scissors over and cut it for her she was so happy. Then my grandson couldn’t decide which donut he wanted and I was trying to hurry him alone because they were busy but the lady serving me was so kind and let him take his time !! This was a wonderful experience for my 5 year old grandson. Nice job people I will be back !!!“

“This location is fantastic! It has been a family staple in the mornings for most of my life; visiting with grandparents, after events, before travel, and so on. Always clean and with good food. This visit, in particular, was lovely with Karen really outdoing herself in kindness and service. Much appreciated!“

“Yesterday morning, I met a wonderful girl named Adisha at this Tim Hortons. It was a busy time, but she took my order quickly and even helped me choose a sandwich I would like. She brought all the coffees and food to my table with napkins, and we had a short but pleasant conversation.

Despite the rush, I was really impressed by her positive attitude and the way she treated customers. At one point, I noticed her giving a gift box to a kid at the next table who had won some competition. That small gesture truly stood out.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt this experience deserved one. Before leaving, I told her I would definitely return to this Tim Hortons when I come back to the city.

“I placed an order for a few beverages using the app, but those drinks are no longer available. However, the team member at the drive-thru was very helpful, suggesting alternative drink options for us and preparing our beverages exceptionally well.“

“Nice that this location is open 24 hrs to serve us Hospital Staffs that work the overnight shifts. Coffee is always served nice and hot and food is freshly baked daily. The staffs there are nice and great to talk to, especially when I'm working the overnights. Thanks for being awesome and keep up the great work.“

“Friendly staff, never an issue, come here couple times a week and never had a mistake on an order. The worst I've experienced was maybe a bagel or donut I want that ran out, but it's usually well stocked too. The Staff is the real winner here too, they treat you like a friend and remember the regulars.“

I’m always passing through around 7:30am and even with a constant stream of customers she takes time to go over and above with smiles and small talk while quickly pushing orders out.

She’s watched me juggle coupons and bounce around screens in my app and asked permission to take my phone while we waited for my order so she could show me how to put it all in one spot :)

She definitely starts my morning on a positive note and has secured Tim Hortons at least one repeat customer!“

“Whenever Pamela is on cash, I look forward to it. A kind interaction at any point during someone’s day is appreciated but especially first thing in the morning. Pamela always greets customers with a good morning which is not common anymore, no matter where you go. I know that they can be really busy but Pamela never makes me feel like an inconvenience or I’m taking too long even when I’m not exactly sure what I want by the time I get to cash. To hear “have a great day dear” means so much to so many people, including myself. She always gets the order right because she actually listens. Majority of the Tim Hortons I go to in Kingston don’t stir my tea even if I request it before the drink is made but she makes a point of doing it so I don’t have a bland tea on top with a hard chunk of sugar in the bottom. It may not seem like much to most but it makes me have a little pep in my step for my day. Thank you for all that you do Pamela. I appreciate your time, consideration and bright attitude!

Parking: Lots of large parking spaces that don’t make it difficult to get in and out of your car even if someone else doesn’t park in between their own lines.“

“Very pleasant and outgoing staff! The restaurant was very clean and we felt safer at this location than we have at others in the city. Restrooms ere spotless and we witnessed staff members cleaning their hands and changing gloves after handling money which is a hygienic thing thst is often overlooked.“

“Service has definitely improved here since the winter months friendly and clean .they just need to learn how to make the coffee properly had to go back in twice coffee tasted like hot cream water but they got it right the third time I just asked for two cream and sugar on the side wondering if they reuse the coffee grounds or something cause come on exchange my coffee three times once cause it tasted like water twice because I asked for DD and tasted more like two cream 4 sugar it's not that hard to perk coffee people get it right .quit reusing your coffee grounds“

“Just to let you know- they don’t have the machine to let you use the Tim’s app, so you can’t use the reward points or any offer. It’s more like a university restaurant than a regular Tim’s. Usually long lineups during the fall/winter semester. Better in the summer but always check hours before going.“
