Went to this location yesterday for just a root beer. The women told me it would be $3 for the pop, she poured my pop but never rang the pop into the machine. I put my money on the counter and an employee from the back walked out took my money off the counter and put it in her pocket
Slow service, cashier doesn’t treat you with a smile and good/positive attitude and whenever I order a combo she always asks if I want fries with that…. It’s a combo so yes fries are part of thatThe review does get 2 stars because it’s A&W food which I’m a fan of and in a super convenient location right in the mall.I just wish the waiting times weren’t as long and a more positive attitude from staff that actively interacts with customers

I tried the coffee it definitely is better than I remember but that being said Tim's is a bit better the cream is alot less in the coffee here cause they just give you the little creamer package and it's less than what other places would put in I think....my friend had the mozza burger ? combo and he said everything is tasty and fresh and what you would expect....also this is the mall location at Fairview park mall
