“First time at the restaurant. Great portions for the price! We received everything but one order (chicken katsu instead of cheese katsu), we didn't mind because the food looked and smelled great! The woman who had served us, apologized and asked if we would still like the meal. We declined and were happy with our meals. A few minutes later, she brought out our original order anyways.

Overall, great and friendly service.

One minor error but they went OVER and BEYOND with their service.

“We stopped in for lunch while shopping.. I do like Bourbon Street Grill. I like the selection and everyone can get what they want. The noodles are always good. The food is good and it was quite busy so the food was fresh. It is a little bit more than it used to be but its comparable to others.“

“My favourite restaurant in the plaza. I usually get Shanghai Noodles, Green Beans and Baba Chicken. I haven't had issues with service like some had said down below, so it depends on the server I guess. I am iffy on the cleanliness though.“
