“Good customer service and ambience. I ordered their number 1 Takeout Combo that included a Biryani, half chicken Karahi, 2 Naans and 2 drinks.
Like their other locations, the Chicken Karahi was on par and very flavourful with fair amount of masala. The Naans were fresh and perfectly made.
I was disappointed in the Biryani though. There was a lot of rice, but a small half piece of one side of the chicken breast and 1 large potato. I’ve never had a biryani where it was served with 1 piece of chicken (half piece in this case). This could be a one off for them but that indicates quality control issue and Takeouts NEED to be accurate. Flavour wise it was Ok but it definitely did not match the standard of their Karahi, which is what I can easily recommend.“

“i love this place food is delicious the wings never disappoint the service from the two ladies there is phenomenal. the spanish girl is so sweet and has a great personality makes you feel so comfortable and makes you laugh THE PLACE IS CLEAN AND SECURITY THERE ARE ALL SO NICE“

“So delicious, had the chicken shawarma for $10 and it was so tasty, friendly owners who are authentic mom and pop store that care for the food and provide homestyle service, the place is neat and clean and give you an old school diner vibe serving middle eastern food, they sell lamb shank and gyros and chicken legs with rice. Will be coming back for more“

“I decided to stop in today and grab lunch . I ordered the Kibbeh . Now I have eaten this dish all over the world and had Armenian and Egyptian friends make it for me , And today’s was by far the best I have ever had . I am fighting the urge to go back and order more .“

“Love the Butter chicken and rice, although I do find it EXTREMELY spicy. I wish there was a way to retain the flavors without all the heat, but I guess one goes with the other. I had pre-ordered on line the lunch sized butter chicken but it wasn't ready when I arrived. Had to wait about 10 minutes for it but the guy apologized and gave me the large size at no additional cost so all was good. 😋“

“You gotta try lazeez if you come to Waterloo it’s a local specialty that has been here for many years. Toronto Lazeez is no match to Waterloo Lazeez, make sure they squeeze as much garlic sauce as possible onto whatever you order but I wouldn’t suggest going above three lines of hot sauce if you care about your stomach at all“
