“I think I’ve found a hidden gem for shawarma in Brampton! 🤩🌯 We recently tried Shawarma Queens and honestly, it did not disappoint.

We ordered the large chicken shawarma, and it was SO good! The chicken was flavourful, juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the portion was really generous. What really stood out to me were the sauces — they were absolutely delicious and added so much flavour to the shawarma. I really loved the combination and would definitely recommend trying them.

Everything tasted fresh and well prepared, and the overall experience was great. It’s always exciting to find a local spot that you know you’ll want to come back to, and this is definitely one of those places for me!

I’m already looking forward to going back and trying their chicken on the rocks and some of the other items on the menu. If you’re looking for a good shawarma spot in Brampton, definitely give Shawarma Queens a try.

I am so happy that this location has it and I love that as close to the highway very convenient and a nice place to go when you’re going to the beaches. “Tazah Taste Desi has very quickly become our favourite spot for creating one of the most authentic, aromatic and delicious Biryanis (we usually get the goat/lamb biryani) in my area. A little more meat/chicken would be nice, even though just purchasing the Biryani rice by itself to combine with another curry is a great idea. It is a counter-service "pick-up" outlet and they get your order ready fairly quickly. The lady and the gentleman who manage the counter are always very polite and the service is very good. They are also conveniently located beside out favourite meat shop in Brampton.“

“Purchased meat on Saturday July 15,2023 in the evening. This is how it looked. Before the owner chimes on here we left the store and headed straight home! And refrigerated it too cook the following day. The meat smelt foul and looked gray. This is not the only time this had happened, we have purchasee minced beef there and same thing it was spoilt ONE DAY AFTER with Proper Storage. I find it funny as well they have a sign saying they take no responsibility for spoilt meat! You are selling spoilt meat! Along with what seems to be there poor quality of meat, pre-pandemic their prices were overpriced now post-pandemic prices are through the roof! The female worker also has a chip on her shoulder! Seems like asking her questions is bothering her and always responds rudely. I think I will start back heading to mississauga FH MultiFoods where they have halal meat and west indian grocers and are always friendly and willing to help and meat quality is A+.“

“The food at Hakkalious was SO good! I tried their steamed vegetable momos, and honestly, I’ve been craving them ever since. Every few days, I find myself wanting to go back again!

The momos are delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. But what really stood out to me was the customer service. I believe the owner was serving us, and the service was absolutely incredible—so welcoming, friendly, and attentive.

Definitely one of those places you visit once and then keep craving! Highly recommend their steamed veg momos. I don’t know why they are in green colour this time😅“
