“We recently ordered from York Burger for a family gathering of 6 people, and overall it was an excellent experience from start to finish.

We tried their pizza and chicken wings, and both were outstanding in terms of taste, freshness, and portion size. The food came in generous quantities—honestly, more than enough for our family. Even with six people sharing, we still couldn’t finish everything, which really shows how well they serve their portions.

The pizza was delicious with a good balance of toppings, cheese, and crust. It tasted fresh and well-prepared, not heavy or overly oily. The chicken wings were also very impressive—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. Everything felt high quality and well cooked.

What made the experience even better was how happy the kids were. The little ones especially enjoyed the food and were very excited throughout the meal, which made the whole family gathering even more enjoyable.

A special mention goes to Faisal, who hosted us. His hospitality was very good and added a nice personal touch to the experience. It really felt welcoming and well taken care of.

Overall, York Burger delivered great taste, excellent quantity, and a satisfying experience for the whole family. We would definitely consider ordering again and recommending it to others looking for good quality, filling, and tasty food.“

“First time trying there 🍕 place & heard about it threw social media. What we ordered was great found out that everything is made in house & would take 10-15 mins, also location opened 8 weeks ago. The only feedback I would provide is being clear to customers on where exact location is which is beside SCOTT funeral in Mississauga because the person on the phone asked me if I had a gps & 104 is suppose to be a unit # 400 Dundas St E is the address if you don’t state postal code then customers will 🤔 your located in OAKVILLE..“

“Ordered their egusi and pounded yam on doordash, food is great in terms of taste and it was fresh. I’m giving them a 3 cos they are too pricey it’s actually ridiculous!
I also paid for extra pounded yam but didn’t get it (probably missed it though but i’m pained cos i paid for it and it’s expensive)

UPDATE- you actually pay extra if it’s pounded yam, so i didn’t pay for extra pounded yam, my bad. Now updating to a 4 since the price is the major issue.“

“Really delicious customizable pasta that was very enjoyable. The choosing different sauces and toppings was really fun. The food was prepared in a timely manner and tasted great. The staff were awesome and let us finish eating past their closing time which was much appreciated. Will be coming back to try more of the menu soon.“

“Decided to try this restaurant on a whim and I'm really glad we did. We'd never had Indonesian food before, so the staff took the time to explain the menu and gave us some great recommendations. The service was very friendly and has a nice family owned vibe. Made it easy to try something new.

We ordered the Beef Rendang, Ayam Geprek (Smashed Fried Chicken), and Nasi Goreng. Everything was really tasty. The beef was incredibly tender and packed with flavour, the chicken was crispy and a really nice kick to it, and the fried rice was awesome - very unique flavours.

Definitely worth checking out if you're looking to try Indonesian food. We'll be back!“

“I am a regular at the Markham location, in person and Uber Eats. Today I made the mistake of ordering at the north York location instead of the Scarborough location I usually order from. The second mistake I also made was, I forgot to add my instructions on what toppings I like for my burger. I felt so dumb calling the store 15 minutes after ordering asking for them to remake my burger that they already made, they didn’t have to at all, but they did it even when the driver was 5 minutes away. “Excellent food, generous portions, and great value for the price! Everything was delicious, and the portions were more than satisfying. The prices are very affordable, which makes this a great spot for a good meal without breaking the bank.

The customer service is also excellent. On one visit, I ordered hummus and pita as a side, but they had unfortunately run out of hummus. To make up for it, the staff member kindly offered me garlic sauce and some veggie samosas instead. I really appreciated the thoughtful gesture and excellent customer service.

“He was doing renovations a couple of months ago..I was expecting dine in tables, but it remained the same with a couple of chairs and a shelf by the window.

The chef is only in Canada for a year, so I highly recommend that if you want delicious authentic Pakistani food, that you make it a point to visit before that... because this chef from Lahore doesn't disappoint.

You can dine in with a real plate instead of using take out containers.

If you're white and you like a dumbed down version of 'Indian' food...don't come here and complain.“
