I ordered their “Everyday Special “- A large breast, a drumstick, fries and a fountain drink for the price of…wait for it…$6.19. You can get regular or spicy too. Took it home and the chicken was exactly the way I like it, crispy and cooked just right. How can you lose at that price.“

“Stopped by The Halal Stop for lunch after visiting the Aga Khan Museum and had a great experience. The staff at the counter was polite and patient, and the place was clean, spacious, and quiet — perfect for catching up with a friend.

We ordered the Philly beef cheesesteak burger, chicken and rice, and a beef burger combo with fries. The food was delicious, portions were generous, and the value for money was excellent. “This was my first time visiting The Burger Alley. The menu is Harry Potter inspired and all the names are so fun. We had the Sirius Black and the Dragons Kiss, a side of Alley fries and a deep fried Mozzarella piece. The owner's were so nice and welcoming. There is a huge window from where you can actually see into the kitchen and you will see how clean their kitchen and surroundings are. Will definitely go back and even suggest to my family and friends.“

We had the Crispy Feta Rolls to start as an appetizer and the pastry was flaky and nice. There are a lot of choices for apps but we did not want to fill up. We had the Iskender dinner (wonderful marinated beef) and the Chicken Curry. They were both heartily enjoyed. “Am coming here from last 2 years just for the spicy fried uygar noodles and chicken kebab skewers. Always getting great service from Khush. She never disappoints us. Everytime chicken taste delicious but this time chicken taste was not upto the mark. I guess they changed the meat or chef or may be the recipe. Kebab peices were very big. Not cooked inside, no taste inside, no flavour, no juicy. It never happened before. Noodles were good as usual. Will come again once the resolves this kebab issue.“

“I've been coming to Zaitoun for years. I've made it my annual visit for iftar on the 27th night of Ramadan before heading to Nugget mosque nearby afterwards. They participate in the boycott/BDS movement, love it. They also have prayer mats and space in the corner of the restaurant. The grilled meats are delicious, we ordered the tandoor chicken plate (seasoning is great) and the half rack of bbq ribs which were super tender and flavourful. One of the staff is a little slow, it was kinda annoying to talk to him. But I will be back next year!“

Every time I am craving shawarma, this place is the only thing comes to mind and we come all the way from Markham. The burst of flavours as soon as I take the first bite of their shawarma is insanee and makes you wanna eat more and moree. I have tried their chicken shawarma plate as well and it is equally delicious. Honestly, the taste 100% does justice to the name of the restaurant. (DELICIOUSS)

“I got this a couple of times back In June and omg the biryani was so delicious rich and aromatic, the spices were great and everything just came together so well. The chicken is well seasoned and was so tender it was falling off the bone.I forgot what I got on top but It made the biryani a 11/10. “Visited this restaurant for the first time for breakfast with friends, and Masha Allah, it was quite busy, we had to wait around 10 minutes for a table for five. The service was excellent and quick, contrary to some reviews that mentioned uncooperative staff; I didn’t experience any issues. We ordered 2 sets of Halwa Puri, 2 Lamb Paaya with Sesame & Garlic Naan, and Mango Lassi, all of which had a great taste with an authentic touch of Lahore. However, in my opinion, they need to improve their lighting and the tea, which wasn’t up to par. I also met the owner at the counter, who was a friendly and jolly person.“
