The texture of the hand-pulled noodles was perfect! And it’s a subtle detail but they were playing gorgeous Uyghur songs by Sanubar Tursun.... nice to have an enjoyable soundtrack while you eat!

UGH SOOO DELICIOUS!!! This place is a hidden gem, EAT HERE! My friends and I were so impressed that we'll be back. We tasted 4 dishes, and I can't even choose a favorite. FYI - the portions are huge!
