Great service, yummy food, cozy spot.
The texture of the hand-pulled noodles was perfect! And it’s a subtle detail but they were playing gorgeous Uyghur songs by Sanubar Tursun.... nice to have an enjoyable soundtrack while you eat!

First time ever trying Uyghur cuisine and this place did not disappoint. The Quruk Qorima was delicious; noodles were chewy, meat was well seasoned, and the spice did not mess around. My wife and I are pretty chatty but we ate our noodles in silence.
We also tried the Manta which is similar to xiaolongbao but instead of soup, the juices are just from the tender lamb inside the dumplings.
