The place is in need of an uplift and is rather uncomfortable to stay at. The staff was very polite and pleasant. The food across all subways honestly has gotten to a point where ehh it's food, but it's far from what it once was, especially for the price.
The subs were okay, but I was disappointed with the order. I specifically requested spinach and black olives, but they were missing from the subs. Also, all the subs were made the same, even though I had different toppings requested. I expected the order to be prepared according to the individual instructions. Hopefully, the staff can pay more attention to customization next time.
Great experience at Subway! Rishi was a great employee—friendly, fast, and made my sub exactly how I wanted it. He had a positive attitude, kept everything clean, and made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s clear he cares about customer service and works hard. I’ll definitely be coming back.
