Cocktails were creative and tasty. Appetizers were excellent, especially the beef tartare, lobster carpaccio, low temperature egg and the escargot. The mains were hit or miss. The beef tenderloin was cooked perfectly and the demi glaze was succulent. However, the bison tagleitelle and the lamb shank were both lacking in the sauces/jus.
