“The people in the shop yesterday were so sweet, talked to the kids to know exactly what they wanted and did special things like making a smiley face with sauces in the rolled out mixture and then were so nice to replace the whipped cream and toppings that fell from kids icecream while getting in the car!I took the berry icecream with oreo and wafer toppings, was yumm!Nice clean place, pretty decor and yummy icecream, highest points to the customer service. Our first experience will def return when in town!“

“Considering I've visited here at least a dozen times, I owe them a review. Top shelf ice cream that comes with a top shelf price tag.I gotta say, the customer service here is phenomenal. I've always got a friendly face serving me and the staff get people in and out very quickly.I also had an allergy specific request and the chap behind the counter was happy to oblige. They went and got a new scoop, new rinse water and conducted themselves appropriately from a food safety perspective. I've seen a lot of places fumble with these types of requests so big props to this BR location for that.If you need a recommend, Cotton Candy for a milkshake or Baseball Nut for a cone, just silly how delicious they both are. If you're in the mood for chocolate, I've always found World Class to hit the spot.“

I grabbed 3 of their gluten free options, some of their British treats, and a brownie that looked irresistible. Their pricing is very fair, which is what allowed me to go a little crazy with my purchases.
