“My son and I visited yesterday for the first time and we will definitely be back. We both managed to have dessert for just over $10 and they were absolutely delicious. Son absolutely loved his butterscotch milkshake and is already talking about wanting to go back. The lady serving us was absolutely wonderful. The place was slammed with mobile orders coming in constantly and she was working alone. Still, she was warm and friendly and went out of her way to speak kindly to any child who approached the counter. If you're considering visiting, do not hesitate.“
“We have been happy customers of Sweet Cravings since last year and recently celebrated my daughters birthday party here with five of her friends. They all loved the ice cream, bubble tea, pizza and cake! Plus the decorations they put up for us made her feel very special. I recommend coming in and trying them out, they have something for everyone and there ice cream is some of the best we’ve had.“
“My god the wall of fame ice cream. 4 LARGE SCOOPS. They should have a cholesterol monitor and insulin laying right there because even the “baby” sized ice cream is huge. Their “Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough tastes the best. The service is very friendly, the only thing i wish for is more tables indoors. We had to sit next to the windows but other than that this place is amazing.“

“I’ve lived around the neighbourhood for 50 years and this is one of my favourites. The food is on spot, made to order and satisfying every time! I favour the sandwiches and pasta with best meatballs I’ve had outside of NYC. Love that the food is authentic, but I wish there was more yelling and verbal jousting by paisano (apparently the more gentille patrons don’t like the noice ?). I highly recommend this “joint”. Tiramisu was good too. Wish gelato would come back for summer.“
“This place is so mesmerising, they got a lot of options starting from their ice creams, shakes, waffles, smoothies and off course their cheesecakes. I tried their khoya mawa rolled ice cream and guess what it was so mouthwatering i.e worth every penny. Coming to their customer service, staff is very well trained and polite. Totally recommended.“
“The food is fantastic, amazing desserts with lots of options, they have vegan ice-cream and options as well.The prices are a bit high I find, but the portions are huge. Service can be a bit slow, and their takeout boxes being cardboard get soaked/dissolve easy.The atmosphere is alright, a lot of tables and space but feels a little crammed, and a lot of people let their kids run around.“

“I work extremely close to this store and refuse to sit idly by while other reviews reflect incorrectly about the quality of the store. Talitha Anjos left a review about a week ago completely bashing an employee with a one sided, purposely vague and inaccurate recollection of events. In this review, she states that there was an “aftermath of a customer disagreement.” This “disagreement” in question was an awful medical emergency regarding the mall security and the employee at laura secord was more focused on ensuring proper attention and support was being given to somebody in need of it. The woman who left this disgusting, slandering review was present during the events that preceded this medical emergency, yet purposefully chose to be rude, inappropriate and completely insensitive to all of those involved. in short, Talitha, you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself for this inhuman and off putting lack of empathy. sending lots and lots of support.“
