“Tried to order by going in, but the server was really slow. So I went through the drive thru and had a much better service. Was in a pissy mood after waiting over 10 mins inside, but the drive thru lady ensured she turned it around without me having to say anything, just by being polite. The extra star is for her!“

“I have visited countless Tim Hortons in my life, both in Canada and in Niagara Falls NY, but this location, Drive Thru at 329 Kent St. Lindsay is without a doubt the very best I have EVER been to.The staff are super friendly, courteous, professional and attentive. “Coming to this Tim's is always delightful, I love it when they do small talk while making my coffee it makes it feel like I'm part of the community there and not just grabbing my coffee in silence and leaving. It's a nice part of my day coming and having the workers recognize me, Morgan, Angie, and Colette are some of the people I think of very fondly due to them recognizing me when I come in and creating small talk and just overall creating a warm atmosphere whenever I stop in for a coffee!“
