“Most of my experiences here have been good but recently my orders have been getting messed up. Last week I ordered an iced capp and a caramelized onion and parmesan savory pinwheel instead I got an iced capp and roasted red pepper and Swiss savory pinwheel, and today I ordered 1 medium iced capp, 1 bacon farmer's wrap, and 1 caramelized onion and parmesan savory pinwheel. The employee who input my order entered 1 medium iced capp, 1 caramelized onion and parmesan savory pinwheel, and 2 bacon farmer's wraps. I brought it to the attention and got a refund for the extra bacon farmer's wrap they added to my order but this wouldn't have happened if the order was entered correctly”

“My question is why when you are the only one in the drive thru particularly later in the evening do they ask you to pull around front. This has happened to me twice in the last couple of weeks and each time I politely said I will pull around if someone comes up behind me in the drive thru. No one else came up behind me but the staff seem to get upset that I sat at the drive thru window to wait for my food. And to penalize me for doing that they decide to give only 9 nuggets when a 10 piece was ordered and paid for. Can someone please explain to me why it is so important to have someone move from the takeout window when no one else is there. And why they feel they can justify stealing food from my order. I Know these are only teenagers following management directions. Thank you”

When the credit card terminal was handed to us it immediately went to the Amount % Tip page with no explanation that a 20% tip was already added without our knowledge. It was caught at the last second so another tip was not added on on top of the 20%. This must be corrected.”

If excellence had a name, it would be Natalia. From the moment we walked into Chuck’s Restaurant, she turned an ordinary meal into an unforgettable experience. Natalia greeted us with a smile so genuine it could brighten a rainy day, and her energy lit up the whole place.

She knew the menu inside and out — giving the perfect recommendations like she wrote it herself. Every order came out exactly as we wanted (if not better), and she checked on us just enough to make sure we were happy without ever hovering. That balance takes talent.

You can tell Natalia truly cares about her guests. She’s fast, friendly, funny, and professional all at once — the kind of person who makes you feel like you’re her favorite customer even though she treats everyone that way.

If Chuck’s gave out gold stars for service, Natalia would need her own wall. She’s the reason people keep coming back, and I honestly think she deserves a raise, a trophy, and her own holiday.

“We recently had a party there. Maybe around 50 adults and 20 kids.. The banquet hall was very convenient with the separate areas for starters, drinks, food, dress change, washrooms. They had a reasonably good stage and provided a good microphone set etc for the kids to have their music talent shows. Food was superb- all our guests requested us to convey their compliments to the restaurant team. Delicious (kappa, fish curry, appam-stew, chicken Biriyani, veg pasta, jeera rice, then the mango majito, gulab jamun) food in large quantities ! They even went beyond our expectations in making appams several times. Very good service from the folks who spent 4-5 hours in the banquet hall, serving our guests. Also, it was very cost-effective for the quality service we received. Thanks to the team at Chef's Paradise ! We definitely will come back for your food and recommend you to anyone who is looking for a party space.”

“I go here every day for my nitro cold brew today I went back in because the coffee tasted off and they literally changed the keg 3 times I felt bad and told them it's not that big of an issue but they insisted and made sure I got a proper tasting coffee service 10/10 the team at the location is made up of an all-star line up. “I am not sure why I see a lot of bad reveiews here, but honestly we had a great experience eating here.
We tried there buffet and all the food was delicious and tasty. They have some good dessert options as well.
The only thing we would suggest to the owner is to take care of the small flies near food, and professional containers for food would be a nice addition.
Taste was authentic though! Will come again!”
