“The server and Bar Manager were great and very accommodating. Unfortunately, the General Manager came in and undermined the Bar Manager’s decision to let us watch the Jays game by changing the TVs.
Customer experience should come first. It was frustrating to have our request accommodated, only to have it reversed because the GM wanted the TVs to match. That really took away from an otherwise positive experience.“
