“Had the sweetest guy in the drive thru tonight. I'm sure he's probably the manager. But he was asking us about Apple pies and asked if my mom liked them and I said she does so he says this ones on me and gave us a bag of apple pies!
Seriously it couldn't have come at a better time when I was starting to doubt if London was a good enough place to live in anymore. He just really made our day. It was like a sign that London does have some amazing people! The food at this location is always great too. So to the man that served us tonight (I think you had an H and Z somewhere in your name but I didn't catch it all) thank you so so much. I needed that kindness tonight ❤️“

“I honestly don’t get why this location has a 3.4-star rating. I’ve been eating Whoppers for decades, and this specific Burger King is incredibly consistent. I really enjoy coming here, and it’s always worth the money.
The recent improvements to the menu are definitely noticeable. The classic Whopper tastes even better now, the fries are noticeably crispier and more flavorful, and both the nuggets and onion rings have improved a ton. For the most part, the food is always cooked correctly and served hot.
Plus, if you come on a Wednesday, they have great discounts on Whoppers, double Whoppers, and meals, which makes it an awesome value. The staff here are friendly, polite, and do a great job. Don't let the low overall score fool you—this is a great location.“

“A big shout out to BK!!!!
I am beyond impressed with the incredible service we received for my mom’s birthday celebration. I brought along a big balloon and a reservation card, and the team went completely above and beyond by setting everything up for us. They displayed it all beautifully alongside a stack of BK crowns, making the table look fantastic before we even sat down.

The staff provided such a warm, personal welcome the moment we walked in. They truly made my mom feel special, even hand-delivering a dessert for the whole family and coming out to sing for her. It was a level of care and attention I honestly didn't expect, and it made our family celebration unforgettable.

A massive thank you to Courtney, Baileigh, Bailey, and Abhishek for their hospitality and for adding such a personal touch to her day!

“Great store. Just asked them last second time add bacon and cheese to my order because I forgot. They did it with a smile. They're great. It isnt always easy working fast food, but they haven't ever disappointed me, and they just went out of there way for a small detail.“

“I ordered 147 times at this restaurant. Usually, I order meals on the offer page. I think 10 bucks for a meal is a good deal. I can't ask for more because of the price. Fries are fresh and crispy, and be careful they're so hot.

They also give me a bunch of mayo every time. And there's free wifi and unlimited drinks.“
