“This is a take away place. Not sit down. There is a bench to sit and wait for your order. The atmosphere is really cute though. Clean. Service was friendly and polite. I ordered the zaatar sandwich which was delicious. Vanilla latte with oat milk which is also one of the best latte's I've ever had. This was my first time here and I definitely will be back to try some other food options and coffee. They also have various teas which is great. Cookies and croissants!!“

“My hubby and I have to go to the medical building that also houses the Crepe Cafe every other week. We discovered this cafe while there for an appointment several years ago. Now we look forward to that visit because we stop to have a crepe brunch ! No matter which you prefer, sweet or savoury, Nahar has a vast menu of crepes and will customize yours for you! The people are welcoming, the snacks are delicious, and the home brewed blueberry iced tea is absolutely perfect. I’m already trying to figure out how to work this into my commute. I had the eggs Benedict (they were PERFECT), sister in law had the big breakfast plate and niece had the Nutella banana pancakes and the look of joy on her face was amazing. “Updated February 25th This morning I ordered at 8:46 through the app and scheduled pick up for 9:10. I arrived a few minutes after 9:00 and decided to sit and have a coffee to warm up. I waited until about 9:15 and then asked the staff about my order. They said it must not have printed and then they proceeded to do what they were doing . They did not inform me about the status of my order if they were just starting it or what was happening until I asked a second time and finally they informed me there was a glitch in the system which I understand since the staff said that the pickup time showed 110 and not 9:10. I noticed that several other customers received their orders before mine was prepared and I went to speak with owner as he was doing some paperwork. He made eye contact but did nothing even when I called him I thought I should get better service for paying over $19 for two breakfast sandwiches! I am willing to give them another chance and that's the reason I still recommend it. 🤔 Original review Sept, 2023 I just started to come here about a month ago and the customer service and smiles are phenomenal! The staff really make you feel like you have known them your whole life. The place was super clean and very clear menus. I had some confusion about the sign up process in getting my account with my phone number connected to my email, and the manager/ possibly owner went out of his way and tried his very best to get things synced.“

There were whole garlic cloves baked into the bread which melted in your mouth upon taking a bite. The staff are so very kind and welcoming, I highly recommend this bakery for any fresh baked goods!“

“The negative reviews are clearly people
who do not understand that this THE ARK Coffee House is a lifeline. This place deserves credit for providing a safe place for less fortunate and vulnerable society to go and be accepted regardless of the stigma of ‘homeless’ ‘addict’ and my fav ‘ those people’. Some are troubled and Yes there is most likely some Unwarranted negative interactions that can happen outside the building. But why highlight the bad moments about a place that is doing its best to help a community in crisis. The staff are amazing and so are many of the clientele who rely on the Coffee Shop for basic human needs. How about help and volunteer and spend time understanding instead of shaming. For the record it’s fantastic coffee and the muffins and cookies are 10/10. Please support and be part of the solution instead of making something that feels impossible on a good day, seem worse. #seetheunseen No kid grows up hoping to be destitute or dreams of living with mental health issues or losing everything to addiction. People need people and clearly they need you to buy coffee and maybe even hang out and play a game of checkers. Or have a conversation and understand, who knows maybe you might meet the next brilliant mind or breathtaking artist that just needs to be truly accepted and seen. “Best coffee ever. St.Drogo is my favorite coffee but biker blend is also really good if your looking for a dark roast coffee both are very good choices full of flavours. They can also grind it for you if you don't have a coffee grinder. BEST COFFEE!“

“I decided to visit this shop for the first time after seeing it on facebook. Although the location is in a sketchy part of town, as soon as you enter the doors it is a compeletly different atmosphere. The shop is very cozy and cute with lots of art. The owner is very lovely and attentive as well - I felt very welcomed there. I decided to get the kiwi strawberry matcha latte bubble tea and it was delicious (if you don't like bubble tea that is too sweet, then this is perfect for you). I also got the ultimate burrito bowl with chicken and it was the best burrito bowl I have probably had. There are even more toppings than what you see in the picture. Overall, a great place I can't wait to go back to try more.“
