The guy behind the counter was by far the best customer service I have encountered in a long time He was so welcoming and friendly . The food was so good too. Next time I come to London I will be for sure stopping here again.“

“I had a great experience at Firehouse Subs. The food tastes good and the fries are very warm and fresh. The sauces at the bar were awesome too. The store is clean and the washroom is also tidy. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and appreciate the good service.“
“Update: I have been coming here for a while enjoying every little bit of it. Though unfortunately, the last few visits have not been great. It seems the quality of bread is going down, and so are the pickle spears. Just based off my last two visits“
