Meat was a bit too salty though.For those intending to explore the grocery, always check the expiry dates of the products: in several cases I found food items that were well beyond their expiry dates.Nevertheless, whether you're a fan of Middle Eastern cuisine or just looking to explore something new, this little neighborhood spot is worth a visit.“

“It was my experience at tahini . I ate fallafal bowl which is good option in vegetarian.Their customer service is good as well. The two guys named Umar and Dhruv are very sweet and provide good customer services. Recommend to everyone to visit this place and try veg and non wraps and bowls

“Do yourself a favor and go get delicious food, huge portions, for a reasonable price. The saj uses the right type of bread, which is so refreshing, and they stuff them. Also, they pack the platter veggies separately, which makes for optimal reheating capabilities because you will have leftovers! You also get the added benefit of supporting local, family owned businesses.“

“I'm Egyptian so I'm not a big fan of falafel sandwiches in Canada. Restaurants can't perfect them..they're either too dry or too much hummus in the ingredients.
Today I had the best Egyptian Falafel sandwich I had 24 years. Definitely I will try other options in the menu“

“We ordered through skip the dishes and there were multiple pitas left out of the dish. The restaurant was amazing, they immediately fixed the issue, they were extremely kind, and they were genuinely remorseful. The food was unreal, the shawarma poutine was a highlight and everything was just so delicious. 10/10 recommend!“

“It's our best stop for Shawarma in town. As a family, we usually take a family platter for about $65, tax in. The platter feeds up to 5 people!

“I have to say that this store has the best balkan products in the area! I hope people will see that and help to support the business instead of complaining and behaving like spoiled children. Nice to have some understanding and courtesy sometimes to support the only business that offers balkan products in the area! Me and my family made pickled stuff regularly and their expiry date was very long because they can be preserved for years. People used to eat preserved food during long wars and famines and survived! That was what kept them alive! Dry products as well, they rarely go bad. Seriously times are coming when we will be happy to eat anything, and hopefully you will see that loving God and loving your neighbours is all that is asked from us! ✝️💟😊 nothing on this earth is permanent so be kind while we are here. Look how this country is destroying small businesses! Don’t be evil on top of the evil that’s prevailing here! God bless!“

“The food was of excellent quality, tasty, and fresh. Fast service and Delivery. Efficient and delivered precisely as requested. We were delighted with our Christmas Eve dinner. Our previous order from HAPPY GREEK was taken and charged to my credit card, yet when we went to pick up there was a CLOSED sign on the door. THEY still have not returned my money. There is no excuse for such criminal behaviour on Christmas EVE. YOU SAVED OUR CHRISTMAS EVE DINNER. THANK YOU.“

“If you’re looking for the best shawarma in Ottawa, this is the only place you need to try. I’ve been going here for many years, but since I don’t live in town anymore, it’s been quite a long time since I’ve been here. Apparently there are eight locations now, which isn’t surprising considering how great the food is. Make sure you try the spicy garlic sauce.“
