“The food was quite delicious. I recommend to order the homemade hot sauce which was delicious and spicy. The food is quite sweet, especially the pad Thai. The ginger chicken curry was good but the ginger flavour was so intense and almost overwhelming. The yellow curry was certainly my favourite.“

“Finally today, I decided to go back to Thai Express. I work just across the street and due to bad customer service from my previous experiences, I avoided the place. Today, I thought to give them another chance, and I thought to myself that I would just suck it up on the bad service. Well, I received burnt food for takeout. Customer service was finally improved because the regular girl cashier no longer worked there, but how could you possibly serve customers burnt food? You can smell it as you were cooking and you can see the blackness. There's a snow storm out so I didn't bother to go back, so I had to eat this terrible food I paid for. The franchisor of Thai Express really should be aware of this place, I have heard nothing but horrible things about them. And once again, they have proved everyone right.

UPDATE*** There's a new owner at this location and they have honestly changed this place around. The food is delicious, the customer service is superb. I am truly impressed with the new staff and happy to come back here over and over again. Thank you!“

I have been to many Thai express during the road trips across East Ontario and Quebec and I always expect the same taste for my Pad Thai. However, the tastes are all slightly different from restaurant to restaurant. This restaurants gives the taste that I expect and I believe this is what chain restaurants value the most.

Plus, the kitchen area and tables are always kept clean, staff is quite but very professional.“

“Got some food to go. The flavors of the dishes were quite good, although we've had better. The lemon chicken lacked a nice lemony flavor. The general tau Chicken tasted a bit like Thai. There were several pieces of meat, beef and chicken that were quite fatty gristle. The beef and broccoli lacked a good ginger kick.“
