“Mr. Fish is a really special restaurant. Their food is consistently delicious and good value. I take out a lot from here and the food is always nicely packed in a beautiful custom take out bag. “Just dined again at this hidden gem, as we were craving peking duck, and this time decided to try their signature chicken (white-cut) dish, along with Cantonese chowmein and everything was on point from taste, to presentation and service. And we had lots of food to take home (generous servings). Our hostess Shen-Li was very pleasant and offered us complimentary dessert (mango, green tea pudding) which was a nice touch. She also recommended that we try their dim sum next time, a popular favourite, so that will be on our tasting menu next time!
Just note that parking is limited to 3 spots in front, so it’s probably best to park adjacent or across the street.“

“This was our 2nd visit for lunch. We had chicken pad Thai and Bun Bo Hue today (attached pics) which were as delicious as the Pho combo and Chicken white meat soup that we had a two weeks ago. Flavourful soup, tender meat, reasonable prices for large portion sizes, nice ambience, friendly staff and lots of parking in large plaza. This place has become one of our favourite lunch spots!

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Sparkly Restaurant, a Japanese-Thai all-you-can-eat spot, thanks to a thoughtful gift certificate from one of my coworkers, a nurse at the hospital. It was my first time trying this place, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes that were fresh and full of flavor. The sushi was beautifully presented, the Thai curries were perfectly spiced, and the appetizers were a great start to the meal. The service was equally impressive—friendly, attentive, and efficient, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend coming here for a good time with family and friends. Parking lot fills up fast as it’s a busy plaza, but you can always find plentiful parking underground.“

However…😋I initially wanted to go to a different restaurant (where I’d met a cute server) but came here because of the wrong plaza. It was fine because the food though simple but tasted great, just the way I liked. I ordered clam stirred fry, pork liver & pork belly stir fried w/cucumber and some dumpling. These are the dishes I’d order forever whenever I want comfort food 🤭It’s a small cozy restaurant where the vibe so chill you will feel like eating in um thể comfort of your own home.

I’d say it’s not unique the dishes, but cooked right. You can give it a try if you are close in the area. Don’t expect it will blow your mind, but it will soothe your stomach 💗“

“Banh Mi Boys is such a great spot for Vietnamese food. It was actually where I tried a banh mi for the first time, and it completely changed how I think about Vietnamese flavors. The fillings are fresh, intense, and full of flavor while still feeling simple and balanced. “One of the few old school chinese food spots. I am very happy I found this place. I was trying to find old-school canadian chinese food. Everywhere I looked up was hakka (not sure if that's the right spelling) chinese, which I'm not familiar with. I've only had takeout but even the decor is an old style restaurant, it's very cool. 👌 It's hard to say prices it all depends on what you're ordering.“

“The place is clean and very nice and inviting. And while it may not be the best Thai out there but it is tasty and there are lots of healthy options which I found to be a plus. I also liked that there was a large selection and that you can tailor the components of your entree easily. This is great because it means more choices. I found the price to be a bit higher than I would like (given the size of the entree) but it's not extremely inflated. I think it would be great if they had some good BOGO sales or special offers so that people in the area can try it out without much risk and maybe make it one of their regular stops.“
