“I haven't gone to Baskin Robbins in years but my boss bought me a scoop of some chocolate peanut butter and it was delicious. So I decided to visit this location since I was in the area and couldn't find the choco peanut butter one but got the German Birthday cake and it was sooooo good! Pieces of walnuts, fudge and coconut. So yummy! This summer I'll probably go back to try other flavors.“

He was incredibly kind, professional, and thoughtful — took his time going over every little detail of my son’s birthday cake with me. He asked questions, checked things with me carefully, and made sure everything was perfect.
What really touched me was his dedication: although the store opens at 11:00 AM, he came in at 6:00 in the morning to prepare the cake, so I could pick it up by 9:30 AM. That’s beyond customer service — that’s true care and responsibility!
The cake turned out even better than I imagined — it was beautiful, delicious, and full of love. 💖🎂
