About Canton Kitchen 廣東小炒

Canton Kitchen 廣東小炒 offers okay food with slightly salty flavors. The prices are reasonable, and portions are large with generous meat and veggies. Dishes like #8 & #59 are recommended, costing around $25. The service is fast and friendly, though it can be a bit slow when busy. While popular, some find it average compared to other options. The Cantonese fried noodles are good, and the General Tao chicken tastes more like sweet and sour pork. The restaurant is noted for its decent quality food at cheap prices, and their tea eggs are very good; they reportedly sold over 2 dozen in an hour. Many customers enjoy the $10 breakfast special, which includes a bowl of congee and rice noodle rolls, providing an authentic Hong Kong style experience at great value. The atmosphere is typical of a food court, and a discount card is available for specific items.

Hit and miss. Some things are good, other things are... mediocre.

Seafood chow mein is pre-mixed with the sauce, so it's no good for takeout. Not to mention, the noodles hardly had any crunch to begin with.

Beef Chow Fun had almost no beef.

The shredded chicken was still attached to the bones (other places usually leave the bones at the bottom, or take them out and replace the empty space with veggies). Otherwise, the flavor is decent.

Came today the Scarborough location and order the same chicken/salty fish fry rice that I ordered in Markham location yesterday
Also added $2 more salted fish and came out not as good and less salty fish than yesterday, I say is at best 6/10
Not happy with it, I guess the cook here just don’t care

Good spot for a quick meal, service is OK. highly recommend the beef fried noodles
