One of the most underrated Pho places in Markham. Upon entering, the owner greeted us with a big and friendly smile. Food was affordable and had a good price to food ratio!
Owner even offered kids if they wanted chocolate or freezies! There is also complimentary fruits! The owner was extremely passionate and kind. He told us that it was a family restaurant and had been running at this location for 25 years!

Pho 99 is my family’s favourite Vietnamese restaurant! B83 chicken and spring roll with vermicelli and A02 fresh spring rolls are favourites and always delicious! We’ve been eating here for over a decade and love the food and the staff! Kim, the owner, and her family are the best and they are all so kind to our family. We love it every time we go!! ❤
