“For me this is my go-to sub shop. Even though it's 35 minutes away, still the same quality as the USA. They have a well-oiled machine here in Markham. Great stuff! Great crew great manager didn't want to enter because the line was too long but then I realized how fast it was moving.
God talking to the owner and it looks like they're not going to franchise for Canada as they like to keep control of a heavily stuffed establishment with good work ethic as lots of that dies when you do franchise.
The sub I got the giant the Italian one with all the mix-ins of the Italian cold cuts and added bacon to it. And of course you have to get at Mike's way. It's like going to McDonald's getting a Big Mac without the Mac sauce. It's just a must. Very fulfilling a little expensive but you pay for quality. I know what makes a key is fresh. Cut cold cuts. I have to stomach and try the Philly one day but for now the cold ones are great for me“
