Food and service are all pretty good. I really wish they would use metal cutlery and offer recycling for things like plastic cups, cutlery, butter packaging, etc though.

Exactly what you'd expect from Panera Bread. Slightly above average food, service, and atmosphere. Missing a category for parking lot experience however. Every business in this plaza needs to be knocked down a star for the egregiously incompetent and blasphemous parking lot design. Combine the design with your typical Markham driver and you have an unmitigated disaster.
