The customer service was not satisfactory. The cashier had trouble understanding the order and kept repeating the sandwich names.I requested a sandwich in a tortilla wrap, but the person serving me insisted that it was a wrap brd not a sandwich brd. I would have appreciated it if they had been more respectful.
This store is a rip off. I have been there twice recently and disappointed. First time I asked for a special on my app, he said his store didn’t participate. I left. Last Friday I went with a mail in coupon - buy a foot long and get second for 50% - he accepted the coupon but charged me more than the two regular priced subs. I told him to forget the coupon and just charge regular price. Guy is not honest.

I placed an online order for 2 subs, with pickup scheduled for 12:10. The app indicated that my order was ready, but upon arrival, a staff member informed me that she had just received the order and that I would need to wait.
