The experience at sushi gin was amazing!! I went with a group of friends and shared a very nice bottle of sake at reasonable price. They have a lot of unique fishes, and I LOVE the uni they served! The chef told us there are multiple different grades of uni, and when we try the highest level of uni, it was mind blowingly good!!! Staff there are super friendly!! We had a wonderful experience!Definitely highly highly recommend!
My dining experience was absolutely amazing. They recommended great quality sake at reasonable prices. The uni was unbelievable, the shrimp sushi was one of the best I’ve ever had and the geoduck was unique. The sushi chef was very friendly and engaging and explained where the ingredients were from and why the quality was very good. I will definitely be coming back.
