“We have been ordering from Mainstreet for dine in and take out since we first moved to Merrickville, when I was around 3 years old. We absolutely love the food, but it’s the people who make the experience worth it every time for us. We have become very close with the staff over the years and they make it home to us every time we are in. Mainstreet is a very special place for us and will always hold a place in our hearts. The street has plenty of room in both directions if the town is busy as well.“

“I have had the poutines, sandwich platters, and a pizza. They cut their own fries and great gravy. Nice crust on the pizza and generous toppings right to the edge. Real chicken breast and delicious meatballs in the sandwiches. Reasonable prices and good service. Nice little art gàllery around the tables.“
