“The Tim Hortons I wanted to comment on doesn’t have a Facebook like page. It’s down the street. The esso gas station off of burloak and harvester. I am a regular customer, I come in every single morning at 5-5:30am. The staff is seriously fantastic! The manger there, or supervisor (not sure what role she plays) I believe her name it Katrina or kate. Every morning she greets me and wishes me the best day at work. I came in Friday and I had gone to a different Tim’s the day before and I had my whole order wrong. She happily replaced it and apologized on behalf of Tim Hortons that my order was wrong! I look forward to seeing her every morning, she always has a smile on her face, and a positive attitude (which is hard to find in management staff sometimes). Theirs always a full display of good treats, and all the staff is always motivated to help you with your order! Just wanted to share! Sometimes good people need the recognition they deserve!“

“Jess at this location is a star with drive through. An absolute professional, took our order with patience, 100% accuracy and super polite. Her added touch of low key upselling will have us trying the salted Carmel tart next time for sure. Our drinks were served hot and deserts split exactly how we requested. “The Hamilton Tim Hortons seems have the same items as any of those brands. However, the morning snack becomes a pleasant surprise of freshly baked soft and delicious food and prepared beverages. The young people who served us were polite and respectful, what else could you wish for?“
