From the moment we walked in, the warm, inviting atmosphere paired with the incredible smoky aroma set the stage for an unforgettable meal. Every single item we ordered was an absolute winner. The meats were perfectly smoked tender, juicy, and packed with flavour. Whether it was the melt-in-your-mouth brisket, the fall-off-the-bone ribs each bite was a revelation. Equally stellar, Creamy mac 'n' cheese, smoky baked beans, and crisp coleslaw balanced the meal beautifully. And those signature BBQ sauces; Divine, Truly, everything was downright yummy. What truly elevated our experience was the amazing service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the food. They offered great recommendations, checked in just the right amount, and made us feel welcomed from start to finish. “Absolutely amazing service! I walked into Melo’s BBQ not realizing they had just closed, but John and Chloe kindly stayed open just to help me out. They gave me two tubs of their incredible Piri-Piri sauce (which they recommended with Caesar salad - game changer), and I was in and out in minutes. I've had their food before when I first moved to Milton a month ago, and it was fantastic. Can't wait to go back for more!
