“We went Thursday night for half price wings. Wings were very good. Service very good as well. We started at a booth by the window and being very cold outside the draft came through the wall. We asked to move to another booth on the inside of the restaurant. Temperature was better but we still felt the restaurant temperature was cool. Otherwise very good“

“I was at Kelsey’s Georgetown on Mar 28/25 at lunch time. A kid’s hockey tournament was in town and Kelsey’s was “packed with parents and kids”. I sat at the bar. I always make it a point to learn the names of staff. Krista was the bartender, as was Lilly. Both were exceptional in their professionalism, and in particular their patience, in dealing with a “barrage of orders”. I saw Louise, Samantha, Ryan and other servers constantly on the go to appease customers. Even Steve, the owner, was a significant factor in navigating a well run restaurant in light of all the nuances associated with accommodating a kid’s hockey tournament. In the past I have not taken the time to write a review. But, I was so impressed from what I had witnessed and experienced – I felt it appropriate to share my thoughts. Glen D.“

I am 76 years old and I have to say that Dieter is the best and most caring waiter that I have ever had serve me in any restaurant that I have been at. Dieter told us that his mission is to serve us as he would like to be served and to have us say at the end of the experience that his service made the visit well worth it. “I stayed at the Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale and had dinner and breakfast at Quest. It's practical, tasty, and you can choose from multiple options (gluten-free or veggie).

The food is really good and the portions are copious. Service is also good, although it was better last time I was there (in January). I also feel it's a little bit overpriced if you don't have one of these 15% off vouchers.“

“We recently had our son's wedding party stay at the hotel, planned a dinner meal as well as a brunch around the big day. What an amazing group of staff - from marketing to sales, front desk and housekeeping. Everyone was friendly, willing to help and handled any small issue with a smile. My husband and I would highly recommend the hotel for any big or small gathering. We are even looking at going back to spend a few nights and enjoy the area.“

“I visited with my family on a Saturday, and even though it was very busy, the staff were incredibly friendly and handled the rush effortlessly. Our server, Emily, who was also the bartender, stood out with her politeness and attentiveness. I ordered a steak, and she suggested adding the peppercorn sauce—it was an excellent recommendation that really elevated the dish.

Before leaving, I had the chance to speak with Jillian, one of the managers, to share our compliments about the great service. She was genuinely warm and welcoming, even inviting us to return.
