“Love the place. Good food, well priced drinks and darts/snooker to spend your time. Just get there before 9pm on Fridays coz that’s when the DJ comes in and it gets incredibly loud. I mean, if singing and dancing to Jay-Z is your idea of spending a Friday night at a bar in Georgetown, cool, but most people want to talk and not have their ears ringing. Shout out to the waiter, you’re awesome.“

“The steak fajita was one of the best I ever had. The steak was tender and perfectly cooked. The portion was easily big enough for 2 people. I was only visiting for a week and I went there twice. I was having trouble in the parking lot trying to get my google maps working. He came out to help me. He even opened up the restaurant for me to use the wifi. Definitely above and beyond the call.“

“I was at Kelsey’s Georgetown on Mar 28/25 at lunch time. A kid’s hockey tournament was in town and Kelsey’s was “packed with parents and kids”. I sat at the bar. I always make it a point to learn the names of staff. Krista was the bartender, as was Lilly. Both were exceptional in their professionalism, and in particular their patience, in dealing with a “barrage of orders”. I saw Louise, Samantha, Ryan and other servers constantly on the go to appease customers. Even Steve, the owner, was a significant factor in navigating a well run restaurant in light of all the nuances associated with accommodating a kid’s hockey tournament. In the past I have not taken the time to write a review. But, I was so impressed from what I had witnessed and experienced – I felt it appropriate to share my thoughts. Glen D.“

“Was at the hotel that is attached for a few days. Was in the restaurant every day and the service was great. Pauline is an absolute gem!!!! Any restaurant would be lucky to have her. She was warm and welcoming and was always checking on everyone, even when it was really busy. Definitely would recommend coming to the restaurant. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars for the food was because I only had a few items from the menu.“

I am 76 years old and I have to say that Dieter is the best and most caring waiter that I have ever had serve me in any restaurant that I have been at. Dieter told us that his mission is to serve us as he would like to be served and to have us say at the end of the experience that his service made the visit well worth it. I confirmed that his service did make the experience well worth it. We also noticed that other members of the team were well trained and sensitive to the needs of their clients.“

“It's a hotel restaurant next to the lobby. It is what it is, but I've been coming to this restaurant for years even though i have never stayed at the hotel. The food is good. The service is excellent. It's quiet. It's never too busy. It's 100% reliable. It's perfect for a simple business lunch and so conveniently located. If you're looking for highly imaginative 5 star dining, this is not the place, but if you want good food, with something on the menu for everyone, lots of parking and a perfectly pleasant environment, this is a good option.“

“I really love the atmosphere of the restaurant. I came for dinner and was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. Even better, the prices were quite reasonable for the quality. What stood out to me was the overall vibe. Despite a few people enjoying drinks at the bar, the noise level was very manageable and didn’t disrupt the calm ambience I prefer when dining. I appreciated being able to enjoy my meal on the quieter side of the restaurant. The crowd seems to be mostly travelers staying at the hotel which added to the relax and professional feel of the place.“

“Fantastic experience at Kelseys on Thursday night which happens to be wing night! We enjoyed top notch nachos and two kinds of wings. Both were sooooo good! FYI the guacamole was excellent- meaning REAL , HOMEMADE and limey, not the creamy kind you get at most places. Tina, the manager, chatted with us and we told her we love going there for the 'see above' plus the Humble and Fred (funny and informative) podcasters appearances since Kelseys is one of their sponsors. “It was my first time at Chuck’s Roadhouse, and we came in on a Thursday night with almost 20 friends and family. The place was already pretty busy, but our server was so accommodating and understanding of our large group. They handled our orders and drinks smoothly, despite how chaotic my family is lol, and everything came out promptly. We were really impressed with the service and are very grateful for such a great experience. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!“
